June 22, Deputy Secretary General of Liaoning Province, Governor of Liaoning Province Zhenggao Chen inspected Dalian institute of Chemical Physics (DICP), during which he inspected 303 Group and Checked the Redox Flow Battery (RFB) System.

Prof. Huamin Zhang introduced the development of RFB to Zhenggao Chen. The RFB is outstanding for its merits as: large energy storage scale, high safety, high energy efficiency, etc. Chen was interested in RFB and hoped the RFB to realize industrialization in Liaoning Province.

Chen was accompanied with Vice Governor of Liaoning Province Guoqiang Liu and other main leaders in Liaoning Province and Dalian City.
