October 12, 2005, Dr. Roduner and Prof. Kerres from Stuttgart, Germany University came to visit DICP.

Assistant Director Zhang Huamin received the guests. Dr. Roduner, Prof. Kerres and Prof. Zhang Huamin, both sides expressed satisfaction with the achievements of the cooperation on  research of a new proton exchange membranes and development of ongoing collaborative research funded by the Sino-German Center, Dr. Kerres made a presentation end "Blend Concepts for fuel cell membranes" and professor Roduner made a presentation end "Monitoring radiation grafting and degradation of fuel cell polymer membranes by electron spin resonance methods" .  Dr. Xing Danmin from group 303 DICP also  gave a presentation end by "Improved performance of sulfonated polyarylene ethers for proton exchange membrane fuel cell".

The guests visited the State Key Laboratory of Catalysis, Catalysis Research and application of natural gas chemical industry and energy laboratory during the visit.
