October 26, 2005, we signed a "fuel cell technologies" agreement with the Kikusui Electronics Industry of Japan in the Biology Building, in order to improve the level of fuel cell measurement technology. The director Bao Xinhe, Prof. Zhang Huamin, Ming Wen Ping, the director of Kikusui Electronics Corporation, chairman of Japans small Lin Yifu, executive director of training Kimura Fang attended the signing ceremony.

Kikusui Electronics Co Ltd. of Japan is a Tokyo stock market listed company, mainly on measuring instruments, power testing instruments, and well-known in the electronics field. Under the agreement, Kikusui Electronics will give fuel cell measuring equipment and parts valued of nearly ten million Japanese yen. The two sides also discussed cooperation issues in depth after the signing ceremony.
