The test center of Energy Storage Division was founded in 2004, affiliated to group DNL1704. It is the designated center for fuel cell testing by Ministry of Science and Technology, fuel cell and redox flow battery test center by National Standards Committee. Till the end of 2012, the test center have been equipped with 528 test equipments, 9 times the number of its very start and the number is under growing by the support of the projects.

Group members of the test center participated the setting and drafting of GB standards for the test and measurement for PEMFC and VFB.

Under the guard of rigorous scientific attitude and accordance with relevant testing standards, the test results from the center are authoritatively recognized and the test report can also be authoritatively issued.

The scope of the testing center includes proton exchange membrane, electrocatalyst, bipolar plate, carbon paper and redox flow battery system.

The test center is open to members of the division, DICP and public clients, high quality service will be supplied. Interview for specific test demands are encouraged and the test fee is negotiable.
