Recently, the fourth list of outstanding experts Commended by municipal government and party committee of Dalian was announced. XiaoJun Ma, ShuDong Wang, ZhiJian Tian, ZhongMin Liu, GongQuan Sun, GuoWang Xu, Tao Zhang, HuaMin Zhang, YuGuang Du, XueMing Yang, WeiShen Yang, Jie Xu, Longya Xu, XinMiao Liang , KeLi Han (in alphabetical order) ,15 researchers was elected. So far, there are totally 41 people (61 person-times) was named outstanding experts in Dalian.
