It is the Specific Targeted Research Project of the EU’s sixth Research work, focusing on fuel cell evaluation methods, safe operation and quality assurance for techniques, as well as the establishment of fuel cell evaluation and the international standards of safe operation.  The main feature of the project is the large number of the Partners. There are 52 partners participating in the project, of which 40 partners from EU countries, 12 partners from non-EU countries, including five of United States, two of Russia, two of Canada, one of Japan, one of Korea, and our DICP is the only Chinese research unit that participates in the project.

The success of the project declared that the research level in fuel cell of our DICP in recent years has received international recognition. Meanwhile, participating in the project’s research work provides a good stage for the the promotion of our communication and cooperation with world-class institutes and internationally renowned scientists in fuel cell field. Recently, Prof. Zhang Huamin has also received invitation from the scientists of EU countries, to participate in the preparation work of applying for a new round project of the EU Sixth work.
