DICP-SAIT Fuel Cell the Joint the Lab was established in Dalian Fuel Cell Joint Laboratory of DICP and SAIT (Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology) was formally established ，October 20, 2003, . The director of DICP Xinhe Bao and the dean of the SAIT Mr. Sun Yu the dean of the SAIT personally inaugurated the joint lab, and gave a warm speech.
