Dr. Charles Stone visits DICP on May 27 at the invitation of Prof. Huamin Zhang, Director assistant of DICP. Dr. Charles is the vice president of technology development department in Canada Ballard company. DICP Director Prof. Xinhe Bao and other researchers met with Dr. Charles Stone. Dr. Charles Stone made a speech on the status and industrialization plan of PEMFC technology in Ballard. Huamin Zhang assistant introduced the status of talent team and research direction of DICP, and Dalian new energy demonstration plan. The head of the New Energy Laboratory, Dr. Ming Pingwen, introduced the situation of PEMFC research and development of DICP. Bao-lian YI academician exchanged information intensively with Dr. Charles Stone on the development status of the PEMFC, trends and issues related to industrialization.
Both sides exchanged preliminary views on future cooperation, hoping to strengthen contacts and exchanges as well as to find the entry point of mutual interest in order to establish a substantive partnership.
